Because cleaning is a service involving direct labor hours and reserved scheduling, direct cash refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis after the free re-clean courtesy has been offered. If a service issue cannot be resolved via re-cleaning, our management team will issue a partial or full service credit or refund to your original payment method.
VB Services & Solutions LLC is fully insured and bonded. Our team members undergo thorough background vetting.
Safety Limit: For worker safety and property preservation, our staff will never climb higher than a two-step ladder. Ceilings, high ledges, and chandeliers beyond this reach are dusted using extended telescoping microfiber dusters.
